Design Lighting & Installations has been a licensed electrical contractor since 1985. We have been intricately involved in the evolution of the landscape lighting industry by working with light fixture fabricators over the years to develop handmade custom brass or copper light fixtures. We evolved from halogen to LED, from timers to smart home control systems, integrated into existing network controlled or new, app-controlled systems.

All of our landscape designs and installations are engineered to provide the necessary brightness needed to bring your environment to life. Andy Roganson

My name is Andy Roganson. At Design Lighting and Installations we specialize in Landscape Lighting and Interior Lighting Design.

I started working on a private estate in Malibu as an apprentice electrician in early 1978. We worked for several years on lighting the seven acres with the most elegant and cost efficient lighting systems of the day. Our directive was lighting the Redwoods, Cedar, and Eucalyptus trees that made up the forest and the cobblestone roads and hand made rock walls. It became a villa!
